At P&T Models Management Agency, we believe confidence, purpose, and vision are just as important as appearance. As a trusted Baltimore modeling agency and Baltimore fashion agency, we have spent over 40 years helping individuals grow in talent, professionalism, and self-confidence.

The Beginning

Founded in 1982 by Patricia Harracksingh and Tayvonia Oliver, P&T Models Management Agency began as a non-profit youth and family program called Peace in America. Its mission was to create a positive environment for young people and raise money to help children attend summer camp and access meaningful opportunities. Fashion shows and community events became a powerful way to support that mission while inspiring confidence and creativity.

A New Chapter

After a period of pause, the agency entered a new chapter in May 2022 when Dominic Oliver took over and helped breathe new life into the vision, bringing renewed energy, leadership, and purpose to the brand.

Dominic Oliver, Executive Director of P&T Models Management Agency, has played a key role in revitalizing the agency for a new generation. With a passion for fashion, community, creative opportunity, and business growth, he continues to build on the foundation established by the agency’s founders while helping expand its presence in the Baltimore fashion industry. His leadership reflects a commitment to professionalism, talent development, and creating meaningful opportunities for models, artists, and creatives.

Who We Are Today

What started as a community-centered program grew into a respected modeling and talent agency in Baltimore, Maryland, opening doors for aspiring talent across the region and beyond. Today, we continue that legacy by developing models and talent in runway, print, fashion, acting, dancing, and entertainment.

We work with talent ages 5 to 50, offering model training, development, fashion show experience, workshops, and creative events designed to build confidence, professionalism, and industry readiness. Our goal is to cultivate talent from all walks of life and provide opportunities for exposure, growth, and connection.

Our Impact

As part of the Baltimore fashion community, P&T Models Management Agency hosts fashion shows, content days, workshops, and special events that bring together models, designers, artists, and businesses. Through every event and program, we remain committed to empowering individuals and creating meaningful impact through fashion and talent development.
